When reserving your Sunrising kid, keep in mind that I now require a nonrefundable $50 deposit. This is to prevent "Tire-Kickers" and people wasting time reserving a kid they aren't actually interested in or won't end up picking up. I do not return deposits for a cancel of sale, and the said $50 will go towards your kid/animal price. I will take a first choice reservation and a second choice. With that being said, if/once your chosen kid is born I will contact you. If you do not reply in 3 days your deposit is void and kid will be offered up elsewhere. If you do still want your kid, and unless a special/different arrangement has been made, you will have two weeks to pick it up or arrange transport before I move on and advertise it to others. I do not have the space to keep all babies for long durations. I am very open to working with buyers and trying get kids to you. I know life gets in the way sometimes and not everything works as planned. 

I reserve the right to keep any & all kids as well. As a small herd, I do not know for sure what doe kids will be born and made available until they're born. If neither of your reservations are born, I can return your deposit to you or carry it over to the next year.

If by any reason your animal is not sound for breeding (With proof), I will offer a replacement kid worth the same value. I will not take back any animals after they have left the farm due to biohazard safety. That is final. Once the animal has left my farm, it is in your care. I will not sell an animal that isn't healthy. If your animal gets sick or passes after leaving my care, it will be your responsibility. You cannot return the animal to me or demand another one. I am happy to help diagnose & treat it, but I will not be responsible for any issues the animal has in your care. I will not replace an animal you lost due to incorrect care or management.
